Who are we?

We are a team of engineers, surveyors and architects with many years experience in design and management of construction projects in the education sector.

On so many occasions we have seen issues in communication regarding the initial design or changes in design occurring onsite.

The lack of visualisation ultimately always impacts on budget and programme.

We believe that visualisation is the key to achieving the desired outcome on any project, whether that be at project concept stage,

mid stage and beyond completion for estates management

How are we different?

We work in 3D from the very beginning of the project, allowing visualization of the finished result from the start.
All changes are made within the model first and approved before implementation on site.

Its common in construction projects that the initial costs and programme rarely change as the project progresses. The reasons for these changes are unforeseen items or changes to the design. In either case, speed and clarity are paramount to keep the project on track from a cost and time perspective.
